    We’re on the hunt for an experienced Data Accuracy Manager who ranks in the top quartile among their peers. Someone who has a highly competitive and entrepreneurial mindset that is wired with a team-first attitude, has no problem rolling up their sleeves to execute their missions, and can modulate between leading and following as needed. You will serve as the Data Accuracy Manager.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus to what are volunteers are responsible for – their mission. The 80’s, as we call them at Solera, are the employee’s priorities associated with their role or mission. The mission 80’s for this role, are:

    • Define and implement accuracy management system, reducing existing complexity while increasing customer satisfaction
    • Assess the current quality actions and introduce and execute all necessary process adaptations in order to have best-in-class quality across our data.
    • Lead customer support department and having proactive controls training and teaching our internal customers
    • Propose strategic projects that leverage automation opportunities and increase productivity and of data developers.
    • Drive projects from concept through requirements capture to implementation and validation.
    • Showcase agile methodologies and prove its potential to achieve ambitious objectives quickly and in an structured manner.
    • Help recruiting new talent to reinforce the existing team.
    • Nurture team dynamics and motivate the individuals to perform beyond expectations.
    • Asses data development tools and take initiative to upgrade it.

    Qualifications

    Are You Qualified?

    Must Have:

    • Educated to degree level from a numerate discipline (preferably Engineering)
    • Certify and proved quality knowhow including deep inside in Sigma lean and similar
    • Used to manage and lead larger Teams, preferable multicultural
    • Solid automotive understanding including car technology.
    • Solid experience in software development, preferably using Agile methodologies.
    • Ability to work with distributed teams and availability to travel when required.

    Role requirements

    • Systems thinking - the ability to see how parts interact with the whole (big picture thinking)
    • Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering.
    • Interpersonal and leadership skills - servant leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
    • Communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
    • Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that nontechnical people may understand.
    • Will to understand the technical challenges at a detailed level.
