    Position 80s

    What You’ll Be Doing

    At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus. The 80’s, as we call them, are the employee’s priorities associated with their role or mission.  The mission 80’s for this role, are: 

    • Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
    • Key interface between the account and all relevant divisions within AXO (e.g. Finance, Product Management, Development)
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
    • Analysis and evaluation of business processes and customer needs and customer development plans
    • Up & Cross-Selling of AXO services to key account clients
    • Revenue driven position: Targets in average at US$ 7.0 mio (customer revenue basis); net revenue growth in average at 10% per FY
    • Market research: Input for Product Management
    • Drive AXO digital platform ideas

    Qualifications

    What qualifies you?

     

    • University degree in business administration, economics, or computer science
    • Excellent track record and experience in IT, software, and technology sales
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in “Hunter” sales driven roles
    • Excellent presentation and sales negotiation skills on senior management level, proactive approach; able to work independently
    • Previous success in solution sales, able to grasp complex circumstances and business needs to translate into solutions for up and cross-sales
    • A passionate, fiery, “Hunter” sales approach
    • Strategical and analytical in developing and growing business and partnerships
    • Native German and fluent English knowledge
    • Team player with a focus on the big picture and overall success of the customers and AX-AO.
    • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced team-oriented environment where change is constant and needs to be managed
    • Must be performance driven, detail, results oriented, with a passion and commitment to quality
    • Flexible when it comes to travel
