    We're on the hunt for an Information Security Analyst who is required to manage & coordinate Information Security (IS) & Business Continuity (BC) Governance and Audit within a global environment, working within the IS/BC team.

     

    Position 80s

    What You'll Be Doing: 

     

    At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus to what our volunteers are responsible for – their mission. The 80’s, as we call them at Solera, are the employee’s priorities associated with their role or mission.

     

    The mission 80’s for this role, are:

    • Responsible for developing, planning, managing, coordinating and driving both current and new Governance and Audit activities.
    • Ensure there are appropriate controls in place (policies, standards, procedures and processes) for auditing and reporting compliance against the ISO 27001:2013 & ISO 22301:2012 standards.
    • Responsible to safeguard information by seeing that security risks are identified, assessed & accurately reported on.

    Additional responsibilities of the role include:

    • Be the 80 for driving delivery of quality outputs.
    • Provide high quality, consistent output of ISO programs and Audit reports.
    • Take the 90 in ensuring deliverables are fit for purpose.
    • Work with the business to ensure timely delivery of the most valuable requirements.
    • Manage the Organisations internal audit programme against ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 Standards.
    • Thoroughly conduct and successfully complete annual reviews and audits as required engaging both internal business partners & external resources.
    • Ensure continued alignment of ISO processes. 
    • Provide continued support to the Information Security & Business Continuity team member.
    • Ensure local procedures and activities comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies, procedures, guidelines & standards.
    • Successfully integrate into Solera, embracing the culture and learning the Solera way.
    • Qualify for the mission by learning, understanding and further developing the IS and BC processes and procedures.
    • Become an accretive member of the IS/BC team enabling more effective delivery of quality outputs.
    • The candidate is accountable for ensuring appropriate controls are in place for the security of the Organisation's information assets.

    Qualifications

    Are You Qualified?

    • 3+ years of experience in Information Security management.
    • Experience in managing ISMS & BCMS lifecycle in a large, global environment
    • Knowledge of and experience implementing ISO 27001 and ISO 22301.
    • Experience in Information Systems auditing or audit management.
    • Experience in managing internal and external audits.
    • CISA, CISM, CRISK, Lead ISO 27001 Auditor qualification is an advantage.
    • Experience in managing control/compliance in a global environment.
    • Ability to communicate/write reports at all levels.
    • Ability to explain technical & nontechnical problems to Business stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Package (Outlook, Word & Excel etc.) is essential.
    • Risk Management and Supplier management related experience is an advantage.
    • Experience in management of a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) tool is an advantage Proactive, enthusiastic and output driven.
