    • We’re on the hunt for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager who ranks in the top 2% among their peers. We’re looking for a highly competitive and entrepreneurial mindset that is wired with a team-first attitude, has no problem rolling up their sleeves to execute their missions, and can modulate between leading and following as needed.     • As a Senior Technical Program Manager reporting to the Head of Program Management, you will be part of a highly skilled, dedicated team of Program Managers focused on delivering challenging, high value software innovation projects that shape the future direction of our company. You will work across teams to apply your technical and program management expertise to some of today’s most complex and challenging technology problems.
    • You will help us scope work, identify appropriate resources, set goals, track and report progress, develop schedules, and communicate to customers. You will also assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide critical issue management, balance trade-offs, and encourage risk-taking to improve customer outcomes. We value critical thinking, self-motivation, and the ability to deal with ambiguity. You should bring a cool head, strong technical background, be detail oriented, have excellent problem-solving abilities, and be an exemplary communicator. Your technical expertise and operational excellence will influence your team’s decisions and help us drive secure and robust customer solutions.     • The successful candidate will have an established background of leading teams to realize business value thru technical delivery, overcoming technology and organizational limitations to rapidly deliver innovative digital solutions. You should be flexible in applying principles & techniques from various agile and delivery methodologies that focus on customer experience and efficient delivery to maximize impact from our teams.

    1. Responsible for leading a portfolio of projects for enhancing existing products, developing new products, delivering customer-facing development and implementation projects and demonstrating expert knowledge of all elements of assigned product components.
    2. Plan, align & report progress of deliverables (outputs) to the target outcomes set by the Product Management & business teams
    3. Ensure teams understand & strictly adhere to software development lifecycle and operational procedures



    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of cross-functional program management with consumer-customer focused product management experience; preferably within a product team or similar environment.
    • 3+ years of experience working on Internet-scale web services for consumer-customers, designing and implementing infrastructure and/or application management products and services.
    • Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
    • Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment.
    • Experience with methodologies such as Service design, Lean UX and customer centered design, preferably in SaaS platforms at scale
    • Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
    • Proven knowledge in managing cross-program dependencies
    • Qualifications in Scrum and Kanban
    • Solid experience in Jira & Confluence
    • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, providing direction and support to teams
    • Actively listens, understands & responds to stakeholders using different communication dimensions as required
    • Ensures quality of information being communicated and modifies information to the audience
    • Reinforces & implements program's vision
    • Builds trust among stakeholders, clients and teams
