    We're on the hunt for a ServiceNow Administrator who is a technically skilled individual and has a keen eye for detail, a strong analytical mind-set and focus on quality to work as an Application Specialist within the Service Delivery department. 

    Position 80s

    What You’ll Be Doing

    The mission 80’s for this role, are:

    1. Responsible for supporting, configuring, and deploying systems and application enhancements within the application layer set, whilst creating value through improving the workflow and stability of the environments. 
    2. Perform all aspects of platform administration, design, development, and implementation of solutions for the ServiceNow platform. 
    3. Provide application support and enhancements to help drive the business operations, while providnig 3rd level support for the integrated internal and production applications.

     Additional responsibilities of the role include: 

    • Implementation and management of all ServiceNow modules including: ITSM, GRC, Report, Discovery, Orchestration, PPM, and other modules.
    • Customize ServiceNow in the following areas: Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes: UI Scripts, Service Portal, and API WebHooks.
    • Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting and implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis etc. for all modules.
    • Responsible to bring together the various internal systems and create value across the company.
    • Help identify opportunities for operational improvements across the business.
    • Ensure timely delivery of the most valuable requirements.
    • Prioritise support and enhancements to ensure that the service is delivered and fulfills project goals.
    • Produce and deliver streamlined application processing across the business.
    • Successfully integrate into Solera, embracing the culture.
    • Qualify for the mission by learning product suites and tools.
    • Become an accretive member of the business application team enabling more effective delivery of quality project outputs.
    • Effectively targeting and driving application automation and streamlining workflow within the business application team.
    • Responsible to drive best technology and software development practices into the team with passion and enthusiasm. 

    Qualifications

    Are You Qualified?

    • Extensive and proven experience and development knowledge in ServiceNow Administration.
    • Extensive and proven experience ITSM/CMDB tools.
    • Extensive understanding of multiple Microsoft systems.
    • Understanding of Database platforms.
    • Commercial experience of working on and running large web application infrastructures.
    • Strong working knowledge of agile development methodology. 
    • Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, CMDB, service request).
    • Understanding of the ITSMA Module.
    • Strong desire to improve how things are done.
    • Must be willing, ready, and able to learn.
    • Driven to develop exisiting and learn new skills. 
    • Willingness to embrace and drive change.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain collaborative work relationships at all levels.
    • Unquestionable integrity.
    • Thrives in a pressurized, high output focused environment.
    • An appreciation of wider business context would be an advantage.
    • Demonstrates a proactive attitude and always takes the initiative in ensuring project outputs are delivered on time and to the expected quality.
