    Are You Uncommon?

    As a member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for marketing, coordinating of numerous events throughout the year and for spearheading internal communications and raising brand awareness online.

    Position 80s

    What You’ll Be Doing

    At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus to what are staff are responsible for – their mission. The 80’s, as we call them at Solera, are the employee’s priorities associated with their role or mission. The mission 80’s for this role, are:

     

    1. Create and deliver high quality outputs to support the event strategy in the UK to maintain core revenue protection and drive cap hpi NPD and upsell activity to meet 10% YoY revenue growth targets in FY19 and FY 20. Challenge the event strategy, to focus ROI.
    1. Create and deliver high quality outputs to support the Global event strategy to fulfil the revenue growth ambitions and targets in all none UK markets in FY19 and FY 20. Challenge the event strategy, to focus ROI.
    1. Create and deliver a highly motivating programme of staff events and a programme of regular communications to enable all staff to keep pace with the commercial agenda (double digit growth).

    Qualifications

    Are You Qualified?

     

    • Must have at least 3 years’ experience of event management
    • Must be familiar with general computer use including Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Ability to pick up knowledge of new computer packages
    • Knowledge of design for print, electronic display formats and event stand production sensitivities
    • Knowledge of integrated marketing methods utilised ahead of events to amplify interest at the event
    • Knowledge and understanding of internal communications and the challenges of onboarding employees

    • Confidence in communicating verbally and in writing with internal and external contacts
    • Administrative ability, ensuring accurate records are maintained
    • High attention to detail
    • Tenacity to chase to hit deadlines
