    What You’ll Be Doing

     

    At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus. The 80’s, as we call them, are the employee’s priorities associated with their role or mission. 

     

    The mission 80’s for this role, are: 

    • Analyze the business requirements and the workflows of the customer to create a technical roadmap of product and service for the customer
    • Support the sale of products and services to customers lead by the key account manager
    • Create the scope statement to be signed off by the customer
    • Create business specifications that describe the business requirements in detail to support the development team’s technical specifications
    • Manage the delivery of products and services with the customer, including integration into customer’s processes and systems on time, scope and budget
    • Work collaboratively with customer´s teams as well as development, product management, sales at AX-AO and Solera

    Qualifications

    What qualifies you?

     

    Must have:

    • Project experience with customers or experience in managing software projects
    • Excellent analytical skills and good technical background
    • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
    • Ability to collaborate with remote teams in different locations
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and good interpersonal skills
    • Willingness to work under time pressure and ablity to focus on 80/20

    Good to have:

    • Experience in Agile software development methodologies
    • Experience with MS Project, MS Excel
    • Previous interaction with customers from diverse regions and different cultures
