    How You'd Kick Ass: (3x80 of Job Responsibilities)

    • Identifying opportunitiesidentify opportunities that do fit the innovation category and qualify good opportunities before involving the Product Owner.
    • Overseeing market/customer informationwhich will contribute to Product Owners. For example, explaining customer needs research and conducting follow ups. You will also ensure strong customer engagement within the context of our products and services by establishing scope of the client solution.
    • Assisting with the VP developmentwhich will be achieved by working together with the Global Automotive Center (GAC) and PO as well as using the knowledge gained in implementation projects.

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated skill in client engagementworking across multiple levels(including executive level), functions and regions
    • 5+ years of hands-on experiencein project management or product management which includes experience with successful completion of large-scale, cross-functional projects
    • A track record of project delivery within scope, budget and schedule goals
    • Strong attention to detail and proven analytical capabilities
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    • Business Model Canvas, Design thinking, Agile methodology are amongst the tools you use on a daily basis to achieve success.
    • Extensive experience of working with Lean / Agile methodologies
    • Experience with B2B and B2C service models & expectations
    • Demonstrated success working with engineering teamsto assist in launching successfulsoftware products in the broad automotive industry
    • Capable of assisting and help drive the development and delivery of end to end solution designs and business requirements within an agile development framework, reinforcing focus on delivery of business value
    • Able to work closely with clients and development teams to oversee and participate in user experience testing and product feedback sessions to capture key feedback that feeds product development
    • Ability to take condense and formulate complex business and technical problems and communicate to technical and non-technical teams
    • Ability to drive product innovation through customer feedback, deployment success, competitive positioning, and market thought leadership
    • Have brought one or more products to market
    • Exposure to working within a start-up or greenfield environment
    • Eligibility to work in Switzerland
